Marios Kosma, Chairman

Marios Kosma is a Partner and Director of K. Treppides & Co Ltd, which specialises in providing auditing, accounting, taxation, consulting and management services to international companies.  Previously, he served as the Manager in Charge of KPMG Paralimni office in Cyprus.

Marios earned his BA (Hons) in Accounting and Financial Management at Essex University and MA in Human Resource Management from the University of Leeds.  He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales, a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants Cyprus, member of the Cyprus Human Resource Management Association, and hold a Certificate of Professional Competence of Supervisors and Employees of Banks and Investment Firms for Internal Audit.

 

Matti Darrin

Matti Darrin is a certified public accountant.  He has held senior positions in several Internet-based firms and previously worked as an auditor at the accounting firm BDO Ziv Haft. Matti earned his BA in accounting from The College of Management.

Timothy Mickley

Providing strategic advice to public and private companies, Timothy Simon Mickley is a board member of a number of public and private companies. He has served as a strategic consultant and company director and is a highly experienced corporate financier and investment banker.  He is also a qualified accountant (ACMA) with a background in accounting and risk and control within equity and equity derivative trading operations.

Timothy earned his Bsc (Hons) in Physics at Southampton University and his professional credentials include: Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA), FSA (UK) – CF30 and Securities Institute Qualified. 

Alon Shamir

Alon Shamir is a certified public accountant and has held high-level positions including managing director and CFO at international companies such as Mark Hotels & Resorts, a hotel management company with over 20 hotels throughout Germany.  Alon earned his BA in accounting from Ramat Gan College.

Yuval Ziv

Yuval Ziv is an operations executive with in-depth knowledge of online payment processing integration, execution, and improvement.  Yuval formerly served as Operations Manager at Formula, a public relations boutique with offices on both coasts of the United States and premier clients across the country, and held senior positions at Mafil and Cellcom.  He earned his LLM in Business Law and BA in Economics and Business from Bar Ilan University.
